Production Lead Time: Once the order has been placed, production will take about 2-3 weeks. During the holiday season, embroidery production has a minimum lead time of 3.5 weeks.

Trademark Guidelines: Please reference the Queen’s Trademark Guidelines to ensure that designs will be approved for production (especially pertinent if your design/logo includes “Queen’s University”). Important Updates: Orders require an order minimum number, that is subjective based on items and design - please inquire on your form with questions.
